While searching for wooden Australian animals, I found that there were some that were underrepresented. So I decided to make them myself.
Quolls are catlike marsupials that like to hunt at night. During the day you are likely to find them sleeping in hollowed out logs or rocky dens. They are mostly carnivorous and have a lifespan of 2 - 5 years. There are 6 species of Quoll, they are primarily terrestrial but are capable of climbing. A baby Quoll is the size of a grain of rice.
This quoll is perfect for seasonal displays, small world play or as an educational aid. It has been hand shaped out of Tasmanian Oak.
Details have been painted with non-toxic water based paint and they have been sealed with an all natural beeswax balm.
It measures 13cm x 4.5cm.
All sizes are approximate and will vary slightly due to being hand made.
**Please note these are handmade and therefore no two items are exactly the same. There may be slight variations in the shape and colour of the pieces. And variations in the grain of the wood. This is not designed to get wet. Colours may run or transfer if wet.
Warning: Recommended for children aged 3+. Please use under supervision.
